About Local Digital Experts

Local Digital Experts is a full-service digital marketing agency with its office at 67 Barralong Road, Erina, on the NSW Central Coast. Founded in 2021, it set out to give small and medium Australian businesses access to advertising and marketing technology usually reserved for larger companies, and it now also works on enterprise accounts. The business is led by managing director Alex Mallett and executive director Darren Fischer, with a director of client success and a wider delivery team. Its services cover search engine optimisation, local SEO and Google Business Profile management, SEO audits, Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads and vehicle listing ads, social media marketing, online reputation management, email marketing and automation, and newer generative and answer engine optimisation for AI search. On the build side it develops WordPress, Shopify, e-commerce and custom websites, plus speed optimisation and migrations. Published case studies include a Sydney health-care and real estate client whose account it took over from a national agency, cutting cost per conversion by 13.68% and lifting conversions by 25.17% on an 8% higher ad budget, while SEO lifted overall conversions by 41.16% over three months. Another health-care client grew organic traffic 80% and revenue 75% over six months.
